Description
The flue passages with flame tubes are located in the upper door section of the boiler. In the lower door section there is the pellet combustion chamber with an additional water jacket. Thus, the combustion gases pass through three sections and achieve maximum combustion efficiency and high efficiency.
The set includes a pellet hopper, whose conveyor auger ensures automatic pellet feeding.
Pellets are ignited automatically by means of an electric ignition element.
For complete and efficient pellet combustion, a forced-air fan is used, which always ensures a sufficient amount of combustion air.
The flue gases are discharged from the boiler by means of a flue gas fan, which helps prevent possible backburning.
The boiler operation is controlled by automation, whose input data and settings can be entered from the control panel located on the top of the boiler to ensure the parameters required for high-quality combustion.
